【摘要】:Thistestmethodaddressesperformancecharacteristicsforgreenroofsystemswithrespecttothewaterpermeabilityofthedrainagemedia.5.1.1Waterpermeabilityofcoarsematerialsishighlyinfluencedbytheheadconditionsunderwhichitismeasured.Ingreenroofs,coarsematerialsarefrequentlyusedtocreatedrainagezonesforpercolatedrainfall.5.1.2Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovidewaterpermeabilitydatathatisrelevanttothisdesignconditionthatischaracterizedbyhorizontalflowunderlow-head.Thiswillalsoallowtheperformanceofgranulardrainagelayersingreenroofsystemstobecompareddirectlytoalternativecomponents,suchasgeocompositedrainlayers.Determiningtheperformancecharacteristicsofgreenroofsystemsprovidesinformationtofacilitatetheassessmentofrelatedengineeringaspectsofthefacility.Suchaspectsmayincludestructuraldesignrequirements,mechanicalengineeringandthermaldesignrequirements,andfireandlifesafetyrequirements.Determiningtheperformancecharacteristicsofgreenroofsystemsprovidesinformationtofacilitateassessmentoftheperformanceofonegreenroofsystemrelativetoanother.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefordeterminingthewaterpermeabilityofcoarsegranularmaterialsusedinthedrainagelayersofgreenroofsystems.1.2Thistestmethodaddresseswaterpermeabilityunderthelow-headconditionsthattypifyhorizontalflowingreenroofapplications.1.3Thistestmethodissuitableforcoarse-grainedmaterialswith100%ofthematerialretainedontheU.S.8(2.25mm)sieve.Itisnotsuitableforfiner-grainedmaterials.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO3826addressessymbolsthatmaybeusedtoconveycertainitemsofinformationrelatedtomedicaldevicesdedicatedtobloodcollectionprocessesandstorage.Theinformationmayberequiredonthedeviceitself,aspartofthelabel,orprovidedwiththedevice.Manycountriesrequirethattheirownlanguagebeusedtodisplaytextualinformationwithmedicaldevices.Thisraisesproblemstodevicemanufacturersandusers.ThesymbolsspecifiedinthispartofISO3826donotreplacecurrentnationalregulatoryrequirements.Manufacturersseektotakecostsoutoflabellingbyreducingorrationalizingvariants.Thisresultsinamajorproblemoftranslation,designandlogisticswhenmultiplelanguagesareincludedonasinglelabelorpieceofdocumentation.Asothermedicaldevices,bloodmedicaldevices,labelledinanumberofdifferentlanguages,canexperienceconfusionanddelayinlocatingtheappropriatelanguage.ThispartofISO3826proposessolutionstotheseproblemsthroughtheuseofinternationallyrecognizedsymbolswithpreciselydefinedmeanings.ThispartofISO3826isprimarilyintendedtobeusedbymanufacturersofmedicaldevicesdedicatedtothebloodcollection,processstorageanddistribution,whomarketidenticalproductsincountrieshavingdifferentlanguagerequirementsformedicaldevicelabelling.ThispartofISO3826mayalsobeofassistancetodifferentstagesofthebloodsupplychain,e.g.:-distributorsofbloodcollectiondevices(manualorautomated)orotherrepresentativesofmanufacturers;-bloodcentresanddistributioncentrestosimplifyandsecuretheoperatingprocedures.Theuseofthesesymbolsisprimarilyintendedforthemedicaldeviceratherthanthetherapeuticproduct.ThispartofISO3826doesnotspecifyrequirementsrelatingtothesizeandcolourofsymbolsalthoughthesymbolsspecifiedhavebeenspeciallydesignedsoastobeclearlylegiblewhenreproducedinthespacetypicallyavailableonthelabelsofbloodtreatmentandtransfusiondevices,andalsosoastobesuitableforon-lineprinting.SeveralofthesymbolsspecifiedinthispartofISO3826maybesuitableforapplicationinotherareasofmedicaltechnology.
