【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofbeammixers.Beammixersareusedinthecateringindustryforthepreparationofmixtureoremulsion,directlyinthecookingpan,suchasfor:puree,mayonnaise,sauces,soups,compotes.Itappliestothedesign,installation,operationandmaintenanceofsuchmachineswhentheyareusedtooperateundertheintendedconditionsofuseasdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991andstatedintheinstructionhandbook(see7.1),includingcleaning,andchangingthetools.2ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotapplyto:—domesticmachines;—portablehand-heldblendersandwhiskswhicharecoveredbyaspecificstandard(seeEN12853:2001).3Thisstandardcoverssignificanthazardsatsuchmachines,asidentifiedbyriskassessment(seeEN1050:1996),whicharelistedinclause4ofthisstandard.4ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotdealwiththevibrationhazard.5ThisEuropeanstandardappliesprimarilytothemachineswhicharemanufacturedafteritsdateofissue.
