【摘要】:ThisPartofEN13523definestermsoftheprocedurefordeterminingthemetamerismofacolourmatchofanorganiccoatingonametallicsubstrate.Whentwocolourspecimenshaveidenticalspectralreflectioncurves,theyarematchingunderanyilluminantirrespectiveofitsspectralcharacteristics.Thisistermeda"spectralmatch".Itisalsopossiblefortwocolourspecimenshavingdifferentspectralreflectioncurvestomatchvisuallyunderagivenlightsourcebutnottomatchunderanotherlightsourcewithdifferentspectralcharacteristics;suchmatchesaretermed"metameric".Onequantitativedescriptionofmetamerismistheso-called"metamerismindex".Theinformationofthemetamerismindexisoflimitedvaluewhere△E(instrumentalcolourdifferenceforagivenilluminant,seeEN13523-3:2001)is>0,5.Themetamerismindexisnotsuitedfordeterminingtheabsolutecolourdifferenceorcolourconstancyofagivenspecimenatchangeofilluminant.ThecolourdifferenceunderthereferenceilluminantistobemeasuredincolourcoordinatesL,aandb(seeEN13523-3:2001).Excludedfromthismethodareorganiccoatingsproducingfluorescenceand/orwhicharemulticoloured,pearlescentormetallic.
