【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforsteelpipes(casing,tubingandpupjoints),couplingstock,couplingmaterialandaccessorymaterialandestablishesrequirementsforthreeProductSpecificationLevels(PSL-1,PSL-2,PSL-3).TherequirementsforPSL-1arethebasisofthisInternationalStandard.TherequirementsthatdefinedifferentlevelsofstandardtechnicalrequirementsforPSL-2andPSL-3,forallGradesexceptH-40,L-809CrandC110,arecontainedinAnnexH.ForpipescoveredbythisInternationalStandard,thesizes,massesandwallthicknessesaswellasgradesandapplicableend-finishesarelistedinTablesC.1andC.2andTablesE.1andE.2.Byagreementbetweenthepurchaserandmanufacturer,thisInternationalStandardcanalsobeappliedtootherplain-endpipesizesandwallthicknesses.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothefollowingconnectionsinaccordancewithAPISpec5B:-shortroundthreadcasing(SC);-longroundthreadcasing(LC);-buttressthreadcasing(BC);-non-upsettubing(NU);-externalupsettubing(EU);-integraltubingconnections(IJ).Forsuchconnections,thisInternationalStandardspecifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforcouplingsandthreadprotection.Supplementaryrequirementsthatcanoptionallybeagreedforenhancedleakresistanceconnections(LC)aregiveninA.11SR22.ThisInternationalStandardcanalsobeappliedtotubularswithconnectionsnotcoveredbyISO/APIstandards.1.2ThefourgroupsofproductstowhichthisInternationalStandardisapplicableincludethefollowinggradesofpipe:-Group1:AllcasingandtubinginGradesH,J,K,NandR;-Group2:AllcasingandtubinginGradesC,L,MandT;-Group3:AllcasingandtubinginGradeP;-Group4:AllcasinginGradeQ.1.3CasingsizeslargerthanLabel1:4-1/2butsmallerthanLabel1:10-3/4canbespecifiedbythepurchasertobeusedintubingservice,seeTablesC.1,C.23,C.27andC.28orTablesE.1,E.23,E.27andE.28.1.4Supplementaryrequirementsthatcanoptionallybeagreedbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturerfornon-destructiveexamination,fullymachinedcouplingblanks,upsetcasing,electric-weldedcasing,tubingandpupjoints,impacttesting,sealringcouplings,testcertificates,tensiletestingandsulfidestresscrackingtestingaregiveninAnnexA.1.5ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletothreadingrequirements.
