【摘要】:ThispartofISO6721specifiesthegeneralprinciplesofamethodfordeterminingthedynamicrheologicalpropertiesofpolymermeltsatangularfrequenciestypicallyintherange0,01rad·sto100rad·sbymeansofanoscillatoryrheometerwithaparallel-plategeometry.Angularfrequenciesoutsidethisrangecanalsobeused(seenote1).Themethodisusedtodeterminevaluesofthefollowingdynamicrheologicalproperties:complexshearviscosityη,dynamicshearviscosityη',theout-of-phasecomponentofthecomplexshearviscosityη",complexshearmodulusG,shearlossmodulusG"andshearstoragemodulusG'.Itissuitableformeasuringcomplexshearviscosityvaluestypicallyuptoapproximately10MPa·s(seenote2).NOTE1Theangular-frequencymeasurementrangeislimitedbythespecificationofthemeasuringinstrumentandalsobytheresponseofthespecimen.Whentestingusingangularfrequencieslowerthan0,1rad·sthetesttimecanincreasesignificantlyasthetimetakentoobtainasinglemeasurementisproportionaltothereciprocaloftheangularfrequency.Consequently,whentestingatlowangularfrequenciesdegradationorpolymerizationofthespecimenismorelikelytooccurandhaveaneffectontheresults.Athighangularfrequenciesthespecimenmaydistortorfractureattheedge,consequentlyinvalidatingthetestresults.NOTE2Therangeofcomplexshearviscosityvaluesthatcanbemeasuredisdependentonthespecimendimensionsandalsothespecificationofthemeasuringinstrument.Foraspecimenofgivendimensions,theupperlimitoftherangeislimitedbythemachine'storquecapacity,angular-displacementresolutionandcompliance.However,correctioncanbemadeforcomplianceeffects.
